Important Notice (September 3rd, 2024)

Dear Valued Patients,

I hope this letter finds you in good health and spirits. I am writing to inform you of an important change regarding your healthcare. It is with mixed emotions that I announce the closure of my clinic as of October 11, 2024.

Recently, I received orders to join the Army as a Family Nurse Practitioner. I am required to report by October 28, 2024. This sudden change has left us with a short window to transition, and I sincerely apologize for the short notice.

It has been a profound pleasure and honor to have been entrusted with your care over the past four years. I have cherished the relationships built and the trust you have placed in me as your healthcare provider. While I will deeply miss all of you, I feel a strong calling to serve our country, its service members, and their families.

Although I will no longer be treating patients beyond October 11th, the administrative side of my practice will remain operational to manage billing and fulfill records requests. Once you have selected a new primary care provider, please have their office fax us a records release form, and we will promptly send over your medical records.

For those of you with Premera Blue Cross insurance, Kinwell Clinic in town is currently accepting new patients. Additionally, MultiCare Capital Primary Care is also welcoming new patients.
